please note that certain times of the year are incredibly busy, and I can't always accommodate these requests.

illustration: watercolor illustration, digital procreate, acrylic on canvas, or ink
(digital illustrations can also be used on print on demand products - contact me for more details!)
wood: wood burning on found objects, client supplied or i will procure
website: basic artist website building for creatives
logo design: basic logo and branding
i retain the right to refuse commissions if they are not aligned with my aesthetics.
so please don't ask me to make some other artist's work
(you'd be surprised what people ask)

i'm also happy to draw dogs : )

Terms and Agreements for Custom Art Commission
1. Agreement Overview
This agreement ("Agreement") is made between the artist ("Artist") and the client ("Client") for the creation of a custom piece of art ("Artwork"). By commissioning the Artist, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
2. Scope of Work
Description of Artwork: The Artwork will be created according to the specifications provided by the Client, including but not limited to size, and subject matter.
Materials and Medium: The Artist will use the materials and medium agreed upon during the initial consultation.
3. Payment Terms
Total Price: The total price for the Artwork will be agreed upon before the commencement of the project.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [percentage]% of the total price is required before work begins.
Payment Schedule: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the Artwork. The Artist will notify the Client when the Artwork is complete and provide an invoice for the remaining balance.
Methods of Payment: Payments can be made via bank transfer, or PayPal.
4. Timeline and Delivery
Completion Date: The estimated completion date for the Artwork is [date]. The Artist will make every effort to meet this deadline but is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery: The completed Artwork will be delivered to the Client in [method of delivery, e.g., in-person, shipping, etc.]. Shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the Client.
Approval: Upon completion, the Client will have the opportunity to review the Artwork.
5. Revisions and Modifications
Revisions: The Client is entitled to 2 revision(s) during the creation process. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Modifications: Any significant changes to the original commission details after work has commenced may result in additional fees and extended deadlines.
6. Copyright and Usage Rights
Artist's Rights: The Artist retains all copyrights to the Artwork, including the right to use images of the Artwork for promotional purposes, portfolio, website, and social media.
Client's Rights: The Client may display the Artwork in their home or business and may not use the Artwork for commercial purposes without the Artist's written consent.
7. Cancellation Policy
Client Cancellation: If the Client cancels the commission after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable, and the Client may be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date.
Artist Cancellation: If the Artist cancels the commission, the deposit will be refunded in full.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Artist is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred during the shipping process or due to unauthorized use of the Artwork by the Client.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in Canada.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By commissioning the Artist, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
